Local drafts and catalogue requisitions stay in your browser. They are not sent to a moderator or shop. The case notebook creates an anonymous session to save solved records and requested hints. No account, name, or email address is required.
The reader saves chapter and reading position to that anonymous session. Exported recovery files contain signed progress; anyone you give a recovery file to can restore that progress, so keep it private.
Public pages use Google Analytics to measure page visits and recording plays. The case notebook does not send your answers, reading text, or recovery files to Analytics. Standard web-server logs may contain request addresses and paths.
You can remove drafts using your browser’s site-data controls. Clearing the case cookie starts a new notebook; export recovery first if you want to keep your findings. No data is sold by this project.
